Desk Adjusting
Tracker handles both residential and commercial claims from beginning to end adhering to carrier claim handling guidelines scalable to fill the void by staff reductions, vacations, spike in claim volume, or whatever creates the customer's need.
Virtual Adjusting
We offer claim adjusting services via phone collaborating directly with the customer reducing the costs of an onsite inspection and improved timeframes.
Complex Claims
Tracker effectively handles the more detailed first-and third-party claims requiring expertise and experience such as litigation; pre-litigation; appraisal; etc. Working directly with our customer and legal counsel to reach a fair and equitable resolution of the claim.
Field Adjusting
Our adjusters contain a wide range of experience including extensive field claim adjusting to construction knowledge enabling Tracker to successfully address cause of loss, scope of damages, preparing accurate estimates, all combined with effective communication to ensure all parties are properly updated.
Commercial Adjusting
We provide the adjuster skillset to equal the complexity of the loss tailored to the customers’ claim handling practices. This enables Tracker to provide proper loss reserve recommendations; develop proper scope and estimate, combined to ensure proper indemnification to the policyholder and a well-managed claim file for the customer.
Catastrophe Response
Tracker provides an extensive adjuster database to include both desk and field assignments to respond to our customers when they need us the most. Our well experienced adjusters respond quickly, normally within 24 hours of the loss. We are committed to excellence and honesty. We will only commit to the resources we are confident in providing to our customers.
